  You can either choose the "positive" matrix, and replace the
  plus signs with minus signs for busy days, or the "negative" matrix,
  and change vacant days to pluses; depending on whether your calendar
  is mostly empty or full.

  I advise replacing the word "Myself" with your own name, as the
  original sender will no longer be obvious once the message is
  relayed through several people.
