Sange is a cooperative which is different from a limited liability company in such a way that each owner has an equal right to vote in the general meeting, irrespective of shareholding. Cooperatives operating principle is often the fact that they tend to produce a direct benefit to their members rather than that they produce more value for investment.

It has been customary that we take a new member of the persons who are already familiar with one of our members in some way. This does not prevent arranging a meeting to be able to better discover and discuss in more detail what the parties have to offer each other.

Accession cost is 50 euros, and in addition must be redeemed at least one share of 100 euros. Accession is approved by the board.
